During the summer months, we may implement weather holds on certain orders if temperatures exceed safe shipping thresholds. This precaution is taken to prevent damage to the wine caused by excessive heat. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to ship to confirm that someone over the age of 21 will be available to receive the wine. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Shipping Requirements
To comply with legal regulations and ensure responsible delivery, the following requirements must be met:
- Age Verification: An adult over the age of 21 must be present to receive the package at the time of delivery. Please ensure that someone of legal drinking age is available to sign for the shipment.
- Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Club Shipping Policy
For our valued club members, we have a specific policy regarding club package pickups:
- If you are unable to retrieve any club packages marked for pickup within 6 months of the release date, we will automatically ship the package to you, weather permitting.
- The shipping cost for this delivery will be charged to your account on file. We will notify you prior to shipping to confirm your address and ensure that you are aware of the shipping charges.
